the fourth consecutive year.
Leicester City and Algeria star Riyad Mahrez also made the list
together with the Ivorian Legend Yaya Toure who has currently fallen
out of favour with coach,Pep Guardiola.
Liverpool/Senegal's forward Sadio Mane and Ghana star Andrew Ayew
completed the five man shortlist.
The winner will be declared on December 12
