A man who stole a phone in Delta state was almost killed by angry mobs
but was saved by policemen.
According to the Daily Post, the suspect, Daniel, who was apprehended
following a robbery operation conducted by himself and three others
currently at large, claimed that he stole in order to raise money for
medical expenses.
The suspects came off a motorcycle and demanded a lady to surrender
her Infinix Hot 3 phone and the lady soon raised alarm which led to
the capture of Daniel, who was in the process of getting a jungle
justice before two police officers got to the scene.
He was heard saying,:
"I nor well nai make I thief to take treat myself. Abeg make una no
kill me. Bros, I beg you, help me tell them."
